Accessibility statement

1. Conformance status

The website conforms to WCAG 2.1 level AA. Beyond AA, every page offers accessibility settings (text size, high contrast, text spacing, underlined links) and a switch that stops all animation, including animation triggered by scrolling or interaction (WCAG 2.3.3, level AAA).

2. Accessibility settings

Every page has an “Accessibility” button in the header, next to the EN / PL language switch (shortcut Alt+Shift+D). It opens a panel where you can:

• enlarge text up to 150 %;
• switch on high contrast (white text on black, yellow links);
• increase line, letter and word spacing;
• stop all animations, including the animated illustrations and demos;
• underline all links.

Settings are remembered in your browser only and contain no personal data. The site also follows the “reduce motion” setting of your operating system and works with browser zoom up to 400 %.

3. Keyboard and screen readers

All content and functions can be used with a keyboard alone. Every page starts with a “Skip to main content” link, has landmarks (header, navigation, main content, footer) and a logical heading structure. Focus is always shown with a high-contrast outline. Interactive illustrations have text descriptions, and changes such as switching language are announced to screen readers.

4. Content that is not fully accessible

• The animated pixel-art illustrations are decorative or have a text description; their visual detail is not described element by element.
• The live chat window is provided by Crisp, and links lead to services we do not control (App Store, Google Play, Steam, YouTube, Discord, Stripe payments, social media). Our “Let’s chat” button is fully keyboard and screen-reader accessible; if the chat window itself causes you difficulty, write to hello@bygamex.com instead. Their accessibility is the responsibility of their operators.
• Fonts are loaded from an external provider; without a connection the site uses a system font and keeps its layout.
• Blog posts are written in English and Polish; where a Polish version is not ready yet, the English text is shown with a notice.

5. How we tested

This statement is based on a self-assessment carried out on 11 October 2026: automated tests with axe-core (WCAG 2.0, 2.1 and 2.2 rules, levels A and AA) on every public page in English and Polish at 320 px and 1440 px widths, plus manual keyboard tests (tab order, visible focus, skip links, the settings panel). No external audit has been commissioned. We re-run the tests after every change to the site.

Describe the problem and the page it concerns, and tell us how you would like to receive a reply. We reply within 7 days; if that is not possible, we tell you when we will. 7. Enforcement procedure

If we refuse to make content accessible or do not reply, you can lodge a complaint with the President of the State Fund for Rehabilitation of Disabled Persons (PFRON), the market-surveillance authority for the accessibility of services under the Act of 26 April 2024. You can also ask the Commissioner for Human Rights for help (rpo.gov.pl).
