1. Who we are (Data Controller)

2. What data we collect and why

We collect only the data we need for the purpose you came to the site for. We do not sell personal data, and we do not build advertising profiles.

Payment card details are handled entirely by Stripe. We never receive or store your full card number.

3. Cookies and similar technologies

On your first visit we show a consent banner with three choices: Accept all, Reject non-essential, or Customize. Your choice is stored in your browser and you can change it at any time through the Cookie preferences link in the footer of every page.

We use three categories:

• Essential — always on. These remember your language and consent choices and keep sign-in working. The site cannot function without them, so they do not require consent.
• Analytics — off by default. Loaded only if you allow it. Used to understand how the site is used in aggregate.
• Marketing — off by default and not currently in use. Reserved for the future.

4. Who processes your data

We use a small number of trusted service providers (processors) to run the site. Each processes data only on our instructions and under a data processing agreement. Some operate outside the European Economic Area; where they do, transfers are covered by appropriate safeguards such as the EU Standard Contractual Clauses.

• Stripe — payment processing for founder purchases.
• Supabase — database for orders, sign-in, and rate limiting.
• Resend — sending the newsletter and transactional emails (order confirmation, sign-in).
• Cloudflare — bot protection on our forms (Turnstile).
• Vercel — hosting and serving the website.

We do not share your data with anyone else except where required by law.

5. How long we keep it

• Newsletter: until you unsubscribe (every email has a one-click unsubscribe link).
• Contact messages: as long as needed to handle your enquiry and a reasonable period afterwards.
• Order records: for as long as required to provide the product and to meet accounting and tax obligations under Polish law.
• Cookie and consent settings: stored in your browser until you clear them or change your choice.

6. Your rights

Under the GDPR you have the right to:

• access your data and receive a copy of it;
• correct inaccurate data;
• ask us to delete your data;
• restrict or object to processing;
• data portability;
• withdraw consent at any time (this does not affect processing already carried out);
• lodge a complaint with the Polish supervisory authority, the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (uodo.gov.pl).

7. Children

The website is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children through this website. Where our products are used by children, that is handled separately and is not covered by this website policy.

8. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as the site changes. The date at the top shows when it was last revised. Significant changes will be made clear on the site.
